We offer three levels of standard service to meet your budget and event needs. Our menus are designed for specific levels of service. Please review these service types before placing your order.
Our Catering representatives are available to discuss options for equipment, dinnerware, tablecloths, extra items and service. Just ask!
Economy Service
- Costs: $15 for drop-off
- Order Minimum: $50
- Set-up: Not available
- Service: Not available
- Cleanup: Not available
- Paper Tablecloths: Available for $3.00 each
- Available Monday - Friday, 8am - 8pm only
- Requires confirmation no fewer than 3 full business days prior to the event
- Guest count guarantee is required 3 full business days prior to the event/li>
- Requires access to delivery location 30 minutes prior to the event; large events will require additional set-up time
- Economy Service orders placed less than 3 full business days will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis to determine if we can service the request.
- Accepted late orders will incur a $50 late fee.
- Same-day orders will be referred to Tufts Dining retail locations for take-out service. There is no late charge for take-out.
Standard Delivery Service
- Costs: $25 for guest counts fewer than 49 persons
$50 for guest counts over 50 persons

- Costs: Administrative fee of $22.50 per hour
- Delivery: Yes
- Set-up: Yes
- Service: Yes
- Cleanup: Yes, but only food service-related materials; no general room cleaning provided
- Linen: Available in standard ivory, white, or black; standard linen napkins available
- Full-Service catering requires special attention for the scheduling of catering managers, servers, bartenders or other staff.
- Requires confirmation no fewer than 5 full business days prior to the event
- Guest count guarantee is required 3 full business days prior to the event/li>
- Requires access to delivery location 30 minutes prior to the event; large events will require additional set-up time
- Food and beverage prices within the Tufts Catering menu or on the Event Proposal do not include delivery, set-up, clearing, or the cost of wait staff and bartenders.
- Orders received less than 5 full business days before an event may not be fulfilled due to the availability of staff attendants, servers, or bartenders.
- *Note: missing or damaged equipment will be billed at replacement cost. Trash removal, composting or recycling containers and other general cleaning are not included in our services but can be provided by Facilities Services, and are the responsibility of the client.
